Mahatma Gandhi University releases semester exam dates

MGU has rescheduled the semester exam dates for LLB, IMCR and DDMCA. Read below to know more.
The Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has announced that it has rescheduled the date the semester exams of Bachelor of Law (LLB), Integrated Master of Computer Applications (IMCA); and Dual Degree Master of Computer Applications (DDMCA).
As per the notification released by the MGU, the rescheduled dates are valid for the students who took admission into the regular courses of the 2019 session and for the sessions between 2016 and 2018, supplementary exams.
The University will be conducting the final semester exams for the LLB programme from June 19 to June 22, 2020. The first-semester exam of IMCA and DDMCA exams will be conducted from June 19 to July 3.
In an exam notification, MGU stated that βThere is no change in the time and venue of the examinations.β
The IMCA programme in MGU is a ten-semester course extending for the duration of five academic years. MGU's DDMCA is a dual degree course, comprising six semesters for three academic years, and LLB is a six-semester course for three years.
Earlier, the University had scheduled to conduct the LLB, IMCA and DDMCA exams in the month of March and April. However, due to coronavirus outbreak followed by nationwide lockdown as a precautionary measure to contain the spread had led to the delay in holding the examinations.

The University offers various UG and PG courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, BTech, MA, MSc, MCom, MTech, and MBA amid others. It imparts multidisciplinary education in disciplines of science, social science, humanities, engineering, technology, legal studies, pedagogy, pharmacy, and nursing. It has launched an online platform to interact with students and address their grievances, known as the Vidhyarthy Samparka Paripady.
