NIELIT DLC November 2025 Exam Form & Fee Payment Deadline Extended To Oct 3

The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has issued a public notice on October 1, 2025, that the last date for filling the online exam form and paying the fee for the DLC (CCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC/BCC) November 2025 Exam Cycle has been extended till October 3, 2025. 

In a recent notice by NIELIT, the last date for filling out the online form for the DLC November 2025 Exam Cycle has been extended to October 3, 2025. Earlier, the last date for form submission and fee payment was September 30, 2025. Check the additional details.

Next Steps for Candidates

• Students who have not yet submitted their exam forms now have additional time to submit.
• Both fee payment and form submission must be completed online before the new deadline.
• Applicants are advised not to wait for the last date to avoid any last-minute technical glitches.

How to Fill the DLC (CCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC/BCC) November 2025 Exam Form

Follow the steps below to fill the DLC (CCC/CCCP/ECC/ACC/BCC) November 2025 Online Examination Application Form (OEAF):

• Go to https://student.nielit.gov.in/ and click Apply Online on the right panel.
• Select your course - BCC, CCC, CCC+, ECC, or ACC.
• Check the Declaration checkbox. Click I Agree & Proceed.
• Fill the Application Form by entering all your details carefully
• Pay the Examination Fee via CSC SPV, NEFT/RTGS, or Online Payment
