NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July exam dates have been released. The authorities will conduct the theory exam of NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle from July 12 to 18, 2025 (O level) and July 12 to 16, 2025 (A/B/C level). The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), (erstwhile DOEACC Society) is an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India. It was set up to carry out Human Resource Development and related activities in the area of Information, Electronics & Communications Technology (IECT). NIELIT is engaged in both formal and non-formal education in the area of IECT, besides the development of industry-oriented quality education and training programmes in state-of-the-art areas.

The authorities will allot and announce the allotted NIELIT exam centre through the admit card. Candidates will be able to check the details regarding their allotted exam centre after downloading the admit card. Allotment of the NIELIT admit card will be done as per the preferences submitted by the candidates in the application form and availability of seats. NIELIT is an autonomous society that conducts the NIELIT exam to offer admission to the various courses, including 'O' (Foundation Level), 'A' (Advanced Diploma), 'B' (MCA Equivalent), and 'C' (MTech Level in Computer Science and Engineering).

The NIELIT introduced a Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and female students pursuing NIELIT (DOEACC) O/A/B/C level courses w.e.f. January 2003 examinations. The eligibility is mentioned below:
- The scheme will be applicable to the Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and female candidates pursuing O/A/B/C level courses of the NIELIT (DOEACC) as a full-time course via an institute authorised to conduct the DOEACC-accredited courses.
- Also, candidates have to clear the papers in the first attempt and complete the courses in the number of attempts.
- The income of the parents of the student from all sources shall not be more than Rs 1 LPA

No, a candidate can hold a valid registration for only one level at a time. Institutes that are authorised to conduct NIELIT courses need to submit the filled in online examination application forms. However, it shall be the responsibility of the institute to make sure that the same is verified by them and processed online, well before the cut-off date. Under no circumstances will any request with respect to the late submission be entertained, and the application (s) cannot be received and processed after the cut-off date.

NIELIT Aurangabad offers BTech, Diploma, MTech, and certification programs to interested candidates. The admissions are made through the entrance exam. For BTech, JEE Main entrance exam is required, M.Tech admissions are made through the GATE entrance exam followed by CCMT counselling, however, admission to a Diploma can be made through merit upon meeting the NIELIT Aurangabad eligibility criteria. The institute offers BTech in Electronics System Engineering, Diploma in Electronics Production and Maintenance (DEPM), M.Tech in Electronics Design and Technology, and other certification programs.

It is recommended that the information related to the NIELIT admit card be available on the official website at student.nielit.gov.in approximately two weeks before the examinations. Also, a candidate can download it from the NIELIT website.

NIELIT O level is a slightly more advanced-level programme than CCC. It is a one-year Diploma programme that teaches about computer Science and engineering. It is almost like a Polytechnic Diploma and is a bit harder. In this course, students are taught about programming, multimedia, ICT things, etc. The NIELIT CCC programme is a certificate course. In this, only the basic computer understandings test is conducted, including information regarding hardware, software, number systems, spread sheets, word processors, etc.

NIELIT admit card will be released online. Candidates will have to click on the official NIELIT hall ticket download link, which will be available on the official website. The login credentials required to access the NIELIT admit card is the application number and date of birth. No other mode will be used to release the admit card of NIELIT. After downloading the admit card, the candidates will have to print it out for future use.

The institutes are supposed to submit the list of candidates once it is withdrawn or closed. In such cases, the candidate's name should be on the list provided by the institute, which will then allow the candidate to sit in the examinations.

North Zone NIELIT Centre

NIELIT exam centres are divided into five zones, namely the North Zone, North-East Zone, East Zone, South Zone, and West Zone. The examination will be conducted at around 120 NIELIT centres across India. The NIELIT exam centres are divided into Primary and Secondary centres. The exam will be held at all Primary centres. The exam centres depend on the number of candidates appearing in the exam. Also, it is to be noted that if a candidate chooses one of the secondary centres as their first choice in their application form, they will get a primary centre as a second choice.

While reporting at their allotted exam centres, the candidates will have to bring their NIELIT admit card along with a valid identity proof. Any one of the following original identity proofs will be accepted by the authorities at the exam centre - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Student ID, any Govt. approved photo identity proof. Without the hall ticket and identity proof, the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the examination.

To qualify for the NIELIT O/A/B and C levels, a candidate requires 50% marks in each module. The results of the NIELIT O/A/B/C levels will be published on the official website. Results is announced in the form of grades and sent to the candidates and also to institutes conducting accredited courses, from where candidates have to appear for examinations. 

If the candidate is not satisfied with the marks obtained in the NIELIT O Level Exams, he or she can apply for revaluation of the marks. The candidates should request the revelation of marks within 1 month of the announcement of the O Level Exam result 2025. The NIELIT revaluation process requires a minimum fee, and for each question, a candidate has to pay a fee of INR 200.

The grading system ranges from S for 85% and above to F for below 50%. NIELIT Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF) process for the O/A/B/C July 2025 level exam has ended. Candidates were able to register for the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July exam until May 20, 2025. All candidates had to complete the application process before the final date, to be registered for the entrance examination. Already registered candidates could log in using the required credentials to access the Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF).

NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle application form process has ended. Candidates were able to apply for NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C courses July cycle until April 20, 2025, for both direct and institute candidates. After the NIELIT 2025 application form last date, no applications are accepted. All valid and correct details had to be filled out in the NIELIT 2025 application form for O/A/B/C courses.

Yes, it is compulsory to fill out the Online Examination Application Form (OEAF). There is no provision for offline or physical forms. Here to note is that the Physical Examination Application Form has been discontinued from the July 2013 Examination onwards.

No, a candidate has to login again and fill out the online examination application form again. There is no provision for saving the information if, for any reason, a candidate is logged out. Before filling out a NIELIT application form, candidates should be ready with the following:

• A valid registration number
• Personal Email ID of the candidate, not of the institute, for validations and future correspondence.
• Personal mobile number of the candidate, not of the institute, for validations and future correspondence.
• Clearly scanned the latest passport-size photograph, signature, and LTI (Left Thumb Impression); all in jpeg format, size limited to 50 KB each.

There is no specific number as such. However, at each level, a candidate needs to complete the papers within the stipulated period. At NIELIT O/A/B/C levels, candidates can appear in any paper, in any order, if the subject has been covered by the institution running the accredited course and as mentioned on the application form. Candidates can directly appear in examinations if they satisfy the eligibility criteria as applicable to them. 

There is an option for the candidates to opt to write the answers (the descriptive portion only) in Hindi or English. The choice should be indicated therein. If the choice is not given, then the choice of English medium will be assumed. However, question papers would continue to be in English only.
