The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the notification for AIBE XX (20). The registrations are scheduled to begin from September 29, 2025. Check important dates here.

AIBE 20 Notification Released

AIBE 20 (XX) Application 2025: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the AIBE 20 Registration dates. Candidates who are looking to appear for the exam will be able to apply for the same through the BCI official website. The exam is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2025 as per the recent notification. Candidates will have to ensure the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam.

  • Click on the register now link 
  • Choose the language for the AIBE Exam
  • Submit the application form
  • You will receive the registration ID and password on your registered email 
  • Relogin and submit the AIBE 20 application fee

Key points related to State Bar Council Enrolment are: It is mandatory for candidates to get enrolled with a state bar council for filling the AIBE application form 3-year and 5-year LL.B. Graduates can get enrolled with state bar councils Some state bar councils conduct an online enrollment process, while in some states the candidate needs to visit the bar council office in person and collect the enrollment form. In case the candidate has passed the 3-year or 5-year LL.B. Programme before 2009-2010, they are not required to qualify the AIBE exam to practice in a court of law.
