National Law University of Delhi will commence the registration process for the AILET 2026 for BA LLB and LLM courses at the NLU Delhi website. Candidates aspiring to register for the exam must follow certain guidelines before filling the application form. The AILET 2026 application process can be completed by visiting the NLU Delhi official website- nationallawuniversitydelhi.in

 Do’s: How to Apply For AILET 2026 Correctly

Candidates must ensure to follow the below given guidelines while registering for the exam:

  • Read the instruction brochure carefully before filling up the form
  • Keep the important documents ready before applying for the AILET 2026 exam
  • Register early to avoid the last minute stress
  • Keep the scanned copy of latest photograph and signature ready in a required format i.e. JPG, GIF or PNG and keep the file less than 1 MB.
  • Double check the application form and the details entered before submitting
  • Keep the mode of payment ready and active before making the payment
  • Save the copy of filled in application form along with the application payment receipt copy for future references

 Don’ts: Mistakes to Avoid

  • Avoid using the incorrect information and authenticate the data before submitting the form
  • Cross check the personal details, qualifying exam details from your 10th or 10+2 marksheets
  • The payment window might have a expiry, make sure to keep the payment details ready
  • Don’t use the inactive mobile number or email id for registration as this will be used by the NLU Delhi Examination cell for communication purposes.

Q:   When will AILET 2026 registration start?
A:

AILET 2026 registration started from August 07 2025 on the official AILET portal - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The exam date for All India Law Entrance Test is December 14, 2025. The AILET 2026 application form will be released for admission to BA LLB, LLM and PhD in Law courses.

Q:   Can I change the exam centre once the application process gets over for AILET exam?
A:

No. One cant change the AILET Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AILET. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AILET will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AILET has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
