AP LAWCET/ PGLCET Exam Date 2025: The Acharya Nagarjuna University, conducting body for the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) 2025 and the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (AP PGCLET) 2025 has announced the entrance examination dates for admissions into 3 year LLB and 5 year LLM programmes in the state.

As per the official notification, the AP LAWCET as well as the PGCLET exam are scheduled for May 25, 2025. AP LAWCET 2025 Registrations for both UG and PG courses are expected to begin in March. Candidates who are eligible will be able to apply by visiting the official website; i.e. cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

AP LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before filling out the AP LAWCET application form 2025 for three-year LLB or five-year LLB, candidates must know the eligibility criteria for the entrance exam for their respective programme. Check out the AP LAWCET 2025 eligibility criteria below: 

AP LAWCET Eligibility Criteria for 5-year LLB
  • Candidates must have the Indian citizenship. 
  • They must have a intermediate degree in (10+2) education format from any recognised state or national education board.
  • SC / ST candidates must have 40% in their intermediate exam
  • General category candidates must have 45% in their intermediate exam
AP LAWCET Eligibility Criteria for 3-year LLB
  • Candidates must have the Indian citizenship. 
  • They must have a graduation degree in (10+2+3) education format from any recognised state or national university
  • SC / ST candidates must have 40% in their graduation exam
  • General category candidates must have 45% in their graduation exam

AP PGLCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

There are specific eligibility requirements that candidates need to meet to fill out the AP PGLCET application form 2025 and appear for the exam. Check out the requirements below: 

  • Candidates must have the Indian citizenship. 
  • They must have completed 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB from any recognised state or national university
  • SC / ST candidates must have 45% in their graduation exam
  • General category candidates must have 50% in their graduation exam
