The Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa has made a representation to the Bar Council of India to give grace marks to students who appeared in AIBE Exam. The Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa has asked BCI that the question paper was too hard and that many students were not able to attempt it.
In its representation, the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa mentioned that many students are from the rural areas and can not solve such high-level questions, and it cannot be the strategy of BCI to fail students inthe AIBE 20 Exam. They have demanded that every student should get 10 marks each as most of them belong to poor or farmer family.
AIBE 20 Exam 2025 was conducted on November 30, 2025. The BCI released the AIBE 20 Answer Key 2025 on December 3, 2025 on allindibarexamination.com. AIBE 20 Objection Window 2025 is currently open. The last date to raise objection on AIBE Answer Key 2025 is December 10, 2025 until 11.59 pm.
