The Consortium of NLUs has released a notification declaring the deadline for CLAT 2026 application correction window. The last date to edit the form is 09-Nov-2025. Check how to edit and other important details here. 

CLAT 2026 Application Correction Window Open

The candidates who have already registered for the CLAT 2026 exam can now edit their application forms until 09-Nov-2025, 11:59 PM. However, there are only a few details that are allowed to be edited such as test city preference and name, date of birth, program applied for, and reservations. The Consortium has informed that no candidate wil be allowed to correct any detail in their forms once the deadline is over. The CLAT 2026 exam is scheduled to be held on 07-Dec-2025 and the last date to register for the exam was extended to 07-Nov-2025. Aspirants who wish to take admission to the UG and PG courses in Law at the NLUs in India must sit for the exam to eligible for admission. 

Details Allowed for Editing

Following details can only be edited during the CLAT 2026 Application Correction Window-

• Test City Preference
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Program Applied
• Reservation Category

How to Edit the CLAT 2026 Application Form?

Follow the method mentioned below to correct the required details in the application forms-

• Visit, consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2026/
• Login to your CLAT account.
• Click the 'Edit Application' button.
• Go to to the 'Preferences' tab for changing the test city preference, OR
• For other changes, edit the form and carefully check the application.
• Click the ‘Submit Form’ button.
