The Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (DNLU) is organising an interactive 10-day session on the Advanced Certificate Course on Competition Law. Interested students are allowed to participate in the course scheduled to be conducted between June 20 to 29, 2025. This advanced certification programme will provide a complete overview of Indian competition law, including its economic basis, legal development, and regulatory structure. It will consider the important theories (Harvard, Chicago, and Asian), essential ideas such as market strength and dominance, and anti-competitive practices (both unilateral and coordinated) in five sections.
The programme will also address merger control, enforcement instruments, CCI procedures, and sectoral coordination. The Advanced Certificate Course on Competition Law by DNLU Jabalpur is designed for students, legal professionals, and economists, and it combines theory, case studies, and expert perspectives.
