The AILET 2026 application fee has been reduced for all category students. Check the important updates in the NLU Delhi latest notification, including the fee and seat matrix here.
As per the latest notification released by the National Law University of Delhi, the AILET 2026 application fee has been reduced as compared to the last year. In the previous year, the AILET registration fee was INR 3500 for General category students and INR 1500 for SC/ST candidates. However, the fee has been slashed down to INR 3000 for General category students and INR 1000 for Persons with disabilities, SC/ ST candidates. Also, the SC/ST and women candidates who are Below Poverty Line (BPL) are exempted from payment of the online application fee.
This move will let more candidates to appear for the exam and expand their chances of admission to NLU Delhi’s BA LLB or LLM programs.

Please note:
- Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET but should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination.

No. One cant change the AILET Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AILET. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AILET will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AILET has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
AILET 2026 applications form was released on 07-Aug-2025. Application forms will be made available on NLU Delhi website. Application process include registration, uploading of relevant documents, and making fee payment. AILET application form 2026 will be released on its official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
