The Telanagana State Council of Higher Education has revised the dates for TS LAWCET & PGLCET 2024 counselling because of delay in the approval of colleges by the Bar council of India (BCI) and other unavoidable circumstances. The candidates can register for the TS LAWCET/PGLCET counselling 2024 until August 24, 2024, at lawcetadm.tsch.ac.in. Earlier, the last date for the counselling registration was August 20, 2024. The TS LAWCET counselling schedule will be released through the official TSCHE Portal - lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in. TS LAWCET counselling is the procedure by which qualifying students are admitted to various law programmes offered by Telangana universities and colleges based on their ranking and college preferences.
To be eligible for TS LAWCET counselling, candidates belonging to the General category must have secured 35% marks in TS LAWCET exam (i.e. 42 marks out of 120 marks). The OBC category students must score atleast 35% marks in TS LAWCET exam (i.e. 42 marks out of 120 marks), and for the SC/ST category, there is no minimum qualifying marks for SC and ST category candidates. However, for the 3-year LL.B. course, any graduate degree candidate with (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognised University or its equivalent can apply and for the 5-year LL.B. course, two year Intermediate Examination with (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent is acceptable.
