Madhya Pradesh govt to provide free education to children who lost their parents to COVID-19
Madhya Pradesh CM said that the state would grant loans to these families on the government's guarantee to the people who want to work.
Madhya Pradesh government has announced that it will provide free education and a stipend of Rs 5,000 per month to the children who have lost their parents to COVID 19. Along with the various other reliefs, Madhya Pradesh CM has made this announcement.
"We will give Rs 5000 per month to children who have lost their parents or guardians in this COVID 19 pandemic. We'll also arrange free education for these children & free ration for these families," Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan told a media house.
Madhya Pradesh CM further added that the state would grant loans to these families on the government's guarantee to the people who want to work. The initiative by Madhya Pradesh Government will surely give relief to such families who have lost their dear ones in the COVID pandemic.
Earlier, the Madhya Pradesh government clarified that sharing a picture to collect funds, sponsorship and invite people for adoption of kids who lost one or both their parents due to Covid-19 will be a cognizable offense. The person behind this crime can be forced to jail.
As per the latest updates from Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister has announced free education and a stipend of Rs. 5000 per month for the children who have lost their parents to COVID 19. Along with this, the families will be provided with free ration and support from the government to restart their work.
Earlier, the Madhya Pradesh State Board had announced that owing to the current COVID-19 situation in the state it has decided to postpone the MP Board 10th as well as MP Board 12th examinations by a month, i.e, till June 1. MPBSE will soon be releasing its decision regarding the board examinations.
