AP ICET 2026 Certificate Verification Dates and Process

APSCHE has started online verification of uploaded certificates for AP ICET 2026 web counselling. Candidates who have uploaded their certificates online will get the verification status soon. Special category candidates will require visiting helpline centres for the physical document verification process. AP ICET 2026 certificate verification is being conducted until September 1. AP ICET certificate verification and web option entry will aid the admission process under the Convenor quota seats in Andhra Pradesh.

AP ICET Certificate Verification Dates & Process

The online certificate verification process is conducted electronically through web services at designated Help Line Centres (HLC). Depending on candidate status and categories, the procedure involves specific guidelines:

• Online Verification and Option Entry: Candidates whose data is successfully verified online without requiring any modifications do not need to visit a Help Line Centre physically.
• Data Corrections at Help Line Centres: Candidates whose certificates are verified online but require changes must visit a nearby Help Line Centre with all original certificates and three sets of photocopies before entering options.
• Ineligible Verification Status: Candidates whose data is verified online but who are marked not eligible must approach a nearby Help Line Centre with all original certificates and two sets of photocopies to resolve eligibility.
• Special Category Verification: Special category verification is not done online. Candidates under PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, Scouts & Guides, and Anglo-Indian categories must physically report at Government Polytechnic, Near Benz Circle, Vijayawada, Krishna District, on August 31, 2026, and September 1, 2026. Candidates must carry all original certificates and four sets of photocopies.

• Scanning and Re-uploading: Certificates must be scanned clearly in PDF format. If an uploaded document is invalid or not visible, candidates will receive a message to re-upload it. The re-uploading facility is provided only once.

After the certificates are verified, registered candidates can proceed to the next stage, i.e. the web options entry process. AP ICET web option entry is scheduled to be held from August 27, 2026, to September 2, 2026.
