AP ICET Physical Reporting 2026 Ends Today: Documents & Admission Process

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will close the physical reporting window today for candidates allotted seats in the first phase of AP ICET counselling 2026. MBA and MCA candidates who have accepted their allotted seats must report to their respective colleges before the end of working hours. Candidates can check official AP ICET counselling updates and notifications on the designated admission portals at cap.apcfss.in.
AP ICET 2026 Physical Reporting: What Candidates Need to Do
Online self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted college are two separate steps in the AP ICET admission process. Candidates must complete both to confirm their admission. The steps are as follows:
- Visit the allotted college in person before the reporting deadline.
- Carry all required original documents along with photocopies.
- Complete document verification at the college.
- Pay the applicable tuition or admission fee as instructed by the college.
- Collect the fee receipt and admission confirmation from the college.

- AP ICET 2026 Rank Card / Scorecard
- Provisional Seat Allotment Order and Self-Reporting Acknowledgement
- SSC / Class 10 Marks Memo
- Intermediate / Diploma Marks Memo
- Degree Marks Memos or Consolidated Marks Memo
- Provisional Degree Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Study Certificates from Class IX to Graduation
- Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar / Government ID)
- Category-specific documents (Caste Certificate, Income Certificate/Ration Card, EWS Certificate, or Residence/Local Status Certificate, if applicable)
The AP ICET admission process 2026 continues with physical reporting after seat allotment. Candidates first download their allotment order and complete online self-reporting through the portal. They then visit the allotted college with the required documents. After document verification and fee payment, the college confirms the admission on the centralised portal.

Physical reporting is mandatory to retain an allotted seat. Candidates who do not report to the allotted college with their original documents within the given deadline risk losing their provisional seat allotment. The cancelled seats are then included in the vacancy matrix for subsequent counselling rounds.
AP ICET 2026 Phase 2 Counselling Dates Soon
Candidates who missed physical reporting in the first phase or want to participate in the next round can wait for the Phase 2 counselling schedule. APSCHE is expected to announce the AP ICET counselling dates 2026 for the Final Phase on the official website, cap.apcfss.in.

The first session will be held in morning from 9 AM to 11.30 AM, and the second session will be conducted in forenoon from 2.30 PM pm to 5 PM. Candidates who will register for the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam will be notified about the exam time on release of the Andhra Pradesh ICET admit card. Candidates have to report at the allotted AP ICET exam centre one hour prior to the given examination time. No request for change in examination centre, exam date and time will be entertained once the admit card is issued.
