The centralised online admission process involves the following key steps:
- Online Registration: Eligible candidates must visit cap.apcfss.in and log in using their AP ICET hall ticket number and date of birth to submit personal and academic details.
- Processing Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the non-refundable counselling fee online using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or UPI. The fee is INR 1,200 for OC/BC candidates and INR 600 for SC/ST/PH candidates.
- Certificate Verification: Candidates need to upload scanned copies of mandatory documents in PDF format for online verification. Special category candidates (PH, NCC, CAP, Sports) must attend physical verification at designated Helpline Centres.
- Exercising Web Options: Once documents are successfully verified, the choice filling portal unlocks on August 27, 2026, allowing candidates to select and prioritize their preferred colleges and courses.
