AP ICET Counselling Registration 2026 Begins; Get Direct Link

The Department of Higher Education, Andhra Pradesh, has started the AP ICET web counselling registration 2026 for MBA and MCA admissions. AP ICET 2026 counselling is conducted for admission to the Convenor quota. Candidates who had passed the AP ICET 2026 exam can submit their applications and pay the processing fee online on the official portal from August 24 to August 31, 2026.

Candidates must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria to participate. General category candidates require at least 50 per cent aggregate marks in their qualifying bachelor's degree, while SC, ST, and BC candidates require a minimum of 45 per cent marks. MBA applicants must hold a recognised three-year degree. MCA applicants must possess a graduation degree of at least three years' duration, preferably with Mathematics at the 10+2 or degree level.

The non-refundable processing fee is Rs 1,250 for OC and BC candidates, and Rs 650 for SC and ST candidates, payable online through net banking, credit card, debit card, or UPI.

Online certificate verification takes place from August 25 to September 1, 2026. Special category candidates under PWD, NCC, CAP, Sports and Games, Scouts and Guides, and Anglo-Indian quotas must attend physical verification at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada on August 31 and September 1, 2026.

AP ICET Counselling Registration Process

Candidates can complete the AP ICET counselling registration by following these steps:

1. Visit the official admission portal at https://cap.apcfss.in and select Candidate Login.
2. Click on New Registration and enter the AP ICET hall ticket number, degree details, date of birth, and mobile number to generate an OTP.
3. Log in with the credentials sent via SMS, verify the pre-filled information, and upload the required certificates as PDF.
4. Pay the processing fee through the online payment gateway and print the confirmation receipt.

Following registration, candidates must verify their eligibility status online. Eligible candidates can enter web options from August 27 to September 2, 2026, with option modifications permitted on September 3. The seat allotment result will be announced on September 7, 2026, after 6:00 PM. Candidates must complete both online self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted institute between September 8 and September 11, 2026.
