IIT Delhi MBA registration process has started. Candidates who have qualified CAT 2025 can apply for the PI round now.
IIT Delhi has started registration process for MBA courses. Minimum CAT cut off requirement is 90 percentile. Candidates can apply for the PI-WAT round at the IIT Delhi website. The deadline to submit IIT Delhi MBA admission for in January 26, 2026. IIT Delhi offers MBA and MBA Telecom Management courses in full-time mode.
CAT 2025 qualifying candidates must note that the final cut offs will be between 97 to 98 percentile. Minimum marks required in graduation is 60% or 6 CGPA (55% or 5.5 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
How to Apply for IIT Delhi MBA admission 2026?
Candidates are required to fill the PI registration form at the IIT Delhi website. Given below is the process to follow:
- Go to https://dms.iitd.ac.in/admission-mba/
- Click on Apply Now
- Click on new user and enter basic details
- Once registered, fill the application form with personal and academic details
- Fill in CAT 2025 scores and other details
- Upload relevant documents and pay the fee.
Documents to Upload with IIT Delhi MBA admission form
Candidates need to upload the following documents along with the MBA application form:
- Passport-size Photograph
- Signature
- CAT score card
Those who will be shortlisted will be informed via email for completing PI form. PI-WAT round will be conducted most likely in February and March. The Final selection will be based on candidate’s CAT score, academic history and WAT-PI performance.

No, the candidates do not have to pay any fee for CAT form correction. The facility is provided to candidates free of cost. However, if they have made an error in a field that will not be available for editing during form correction, then they will have to fill a fresh form before the submission deadline and pay the CAT application fee again. So, candidates must review the CAT application form before submitting to check whether they have filled all the information correctly or not. Once submitted, the form will not be editable but of photo, signature and test city.
Yes, candidates can fill out the CAT application form on one day and pay the fee on another day, as it is not mandatory to register for the CAT exam, fill out the application form, or pay the fee in one go. The registration and application window will remain open for candidates who have registered for the exam and created an ID until the last date of form submission. The applicant can log in and check/fill/edit the CAT application form anytime during the form-filling period. Only the phone number and email ID will not be editable once registration is complete. However, candidates need to submit the CAT form and application fee before the deadline to be eligible to appear for the exam. The CAT application form will not be submitted until the fee payment is completed. The fee can be paid via debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI wallet.

IIM shortlist of top IIMs is released in the first week of January soon after CAT result declaration. All IIMs release their shortlist one by one after that in the same month. By the end of January, all 21 IIMs release their MBA/PGP shortlist. The WAT-PI shortlists for admission is released individually by the institutes but for the CAP participating IIMs. For them, the CAP conducting IIM releases the PI shortlist form and guidelines on behalf of rest of them.
