XLRI interview slot booking starts today on the official website, xlri.ac.in. Shortlisted candidates were allowed to fill the SOP form until 7 PM yesterday. All candidates who submitted the XLRI SOP form will have to choose a preferred slot to appear for the XLRI interview process. XLRI facilitates the GD PI WAT process for all shortlisted candidates at different cities in India. XLRI GDPI is scheduled to be held from February 15 to March 20.
Candidates are allowed to choose the slots for XLRI interview on first come first choose basis. Typically, XLRI interview slots that are available towards the end of the interview timeline fill up within few minutes of the start time. In the previous admission cycle, several candidates reported that all good slots for XLRI interview were filled within the first 10 minutes of the slot booking commencement.
The final selection for XLRI admissions is based on a combination of the XAT score, performance in the GD and PI, academic background, and work experience. XAT score holds a significant weightage in the admission criteria. However, XLRI weighs all aspects of the admission policy while selecting candidates for admissions.
Candidates who have to schedule an interview for both the BM and HRM courses will have to choose a separate slot for each. Therefore, such candidates must select interview dates within one city for XLRI interview slot booking.

XLRI Delhi admission to PGDM programmes is based on XAT scores of the candidates. Besides, candidates can also apply with a valid score in CAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT, or CUET for PGDM IEV. Additionally, aspirants are also required submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and a 5-minute video (Comprehensive Business Plan - Ideation/MVP/Traction) for the PGDM IEV. Selected candidates have to pass a personal interview round conducted by the institute. The final selection is done based on performance of the aspirants in all the rounds.

As per the official website, the XAT cut off 2025 for male engineers for BM is 96 percentile. For the female engineers, the XLRI Jamshedpur XAT 2025 cutoff is 91 percentile for seeking admisison to the BM programme. These are the interview cutoffs released by the institute.
