XIMB 2026 Shortlist Anytime Soon; Admissions via XAT, NMAT, XGMT
XIM University, Bhubaneswar, will soon release an MBA shortlist for admissions based on XAT, NMAT, XGMT, and other exams. As per the schedule on the website, XIMB shortlist is to be released in the first week of February.
XIM University, Bhubaneswar, will soon release the MBA shortlist for GDPI WAT calls under the MBA admission process 2026. According to the official website, XIMB shortlists are to be released in the first week of February. Candidates will be able to check the XIMB shortlist status inside the login dashboard on xim.edu.in. XIM University shortlists candidates based on their scores from the accepted exams, among XGMT, NMAT, CAT, GMAT and XAT, etc.
Shortlisted candidates have to participate in the next stage of the MBA admission process. The selection rounds include a Writing Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). With the release of the shortlist, candidates will find the CIMB cutoff scores required to qualify for these rounds. The section-wise as well as overall cutoff marks will be published on the official website. XIM University releases detailed selection criteria and weightage assigned to each parameter along with the shortlist announcement.
The mode of WAT, GD and PI will be notified with the release of the shortlist. If conducted offline, candidates will have to appear for the offline admission process in cities among Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.

The cutoff percentile for admission to the college through CAT was 91, among the General AI category candidates. For admission through XAT exam, the closing percentile in the last round among the General AI category was 80.
The total tuition fees for MBA is INR 23 lakh at XIMB. The total fees includes components such as Development fund, course material per year, IT expenses per year, university alumni fee, refundable deposits, etc. Aspirants need to pay course fees to confirm their seat at the time of admission.
Yes, aspiring students can get direct admission. Xavier University admission for undergraduate and postgraduate courses can be applied directly without an entrance exam. Applicants, for courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, LLB and BM can apply directly or attend personal interview. The selection process determines the applicants and their potential merit. Along with the shortlist, the university will also release a waitlist. Candidates included in the waitlist may be called for further rounds if shortlisted candidates do not qualify or withdraw from the admission process.
