The last date to fill and submit the application form is July 29, 2025, 9 PM. The rest of the dates for events such as final merit list release, exercising web options or choice filling, and seat allotment result are yet to be announced.

How to Apply for AP NEET 2025 Counselling
Candidates have to follow the steps below to register for Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 counselling.
- Visit the official website of AP NEET 2025 counselling – drntr.uhsap.in or directly visit https://apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in/MBBS/Registration/Registration
- Enter NEET 2025 Roll Number, Date of Birth, Name, Mobile Number and Email address
- Generate a password and enter the captcha
- Click on Generate OTP
- Enter the OTP to confirm the registration
- The AP NEET 2025 registration credentials will be sent on email and SMS
- Login with the registration credentials
- Fill up the form with mandatory details and upload documents
- Pay the application fee in online mode through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking
Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 Counselling Registration Fee
The Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 counselling registration fee has remained the same as last year. The category-wise amount is provided in the table below.

The late registration fee amount for General/OBC/BC candidates is INR 22,950 and INR 22,360 for the reserved category candidates.
The AP NEET 2025 counselling authorities have stated, “Application and Processing Fee including Late Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to future date under any circumstances. Hence, candidates are advised to go through Prospectus / Regulations before applying.”
AP NEET 2025 Counselling Rank List
Earlier, NTRUHS had released the Andhra Pradesh NEET 2025 counselling on July 7, 2025. The list consisted of 36,776 qualifying candidates. The highest rank and score obtained by candidates for the AP NEET Counselling 2025 are 19 and 669 out of 720. On the other hand, the lowest rank and score obtained are 1319140 and 113, respectively.

According to the NEET 2025 result statistics released by NTA, as many as 59,219 candidates registered, and 57,934 candidates appeared for the exam. Out of this, 36,766 candidates qualified for NEET 2025.
