The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has announced the schedule for the Assam NEET PG 2024 counselling special stray vacancy round, as a result of the NEET PG 2024 cutoff reduction. The round will commence on March 13, 2025, and will conclude on March 20, 2025.
Assam NEET PG 2024 Counselling Special Stray Vacancy Round Dates Out
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam has announced the schedule for the Assam NEET PG 2024 counselling special stray vacancy round. This round is conducted as a result of the reduction of the NEET 2024 cutoff to five percentile, and to fill up the vacant 50 per cent Post Graduate seats in the Government Medical Colleges of Assam and B.B.C.I., Guwahati under Assam State Quota for session 2024.
Candidates who have already joined up to the Stray round of AIQ or State Quota seats will not be eligible to participate in this Special Stray Vacancy rounds for State Quota seat counseling. The Assam NEET PG 2024 counselling Special Stray Vacancy round will commence on March 13, 2025, and will conclude on March 20, 2025.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the previous rounds can surrender the seats on or before March 11, 2025, without the forfeiture of the fees or security deposit. Seat surrender after March 11, 2025, will incur a penalty.
