The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has announced the CG NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling dates. As per the official notification, the CG NEET PG 2025 round 2 registration is ongoing till 11:59 PM on January 3, 2026. Students who will fill the online application form before the deadline will be able to fill and lock their choices. The CG NEET PG 2025 round 2 choice filling last date is December 4, 2026.

How to Fill CG NEET PG 2025 Counselling Registration Form? 

The following steps have to be followed to apply for CG NEET PG 2025 counselling: 

• Visit the official website - cgdme.admissions.nic.in.
• Search and click on the "NEET PG Counselling 2025 Registration" link.
• Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
• Fill the application form and upload all necessary documents.
• Pay the non-refundable registration fee of INR 2000/ INR 10,000.
• Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

Successfully registered candidates have to fill and lock their choices from the candidate login portal and enter their preferred seat for admission.
