Formative Assessment Test 2025: NBE Releases FAT Test Guidelines @natboard.edu.in; Check Details
NBE FAT 2025 guidelines are now available at the official website natboard.edu.in for NBEMS trainees of its various courses in accordance with guidelines prescribed by NBEMS.
The National Board of Examinations for Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released a notice regarding Formative Assessment Test (FAT) and Internal Appraisal of NBEMS Trainees of its various courses. The authorities have released the guidelines for formative assessment for several courses, including broad speciality courses, super speciality courses, post diploma courses, fellowship courses and NBEMS diploma courses. Further, the authorities have released the details of the minimum mandatory number of FATs towards eligibility criteria to appear for the final exit exam of the respective programme.

Meanwhile, the authorities have also notified about the appearance in minimum mandatory number of FATs towards eligibility to appear in the final exit exam. As per the notification, Broad Speciality Courses require a minimum of two mandated FATs. Further, three FATs for super speciality courses (direct-6 years), two for super speciality courses, and one each for post diploma, fellowship and diploma courses are required.

The NEET SS 2025 exam dates are December 26 and December 27, 2025. The exam will be conducted in two shifts on both days, from 9 AM to 11.30 AM and 2 PM to 4.30 PM. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) postponed the exam dates from November 7 and November 8, 2025.

The DNB PDCET 2026 exam will be held on April 12, 2026. The NBE will conduct the post diploma CET exam online in computer-based exam mode at centres across India. Candidates need to appear for the exam at the allotted exam centres. The exam is of two hours duration.
