Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 2 Seat Resignation Dates Out; Know Admission Cancellation Process

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in the round 1 or round 2 counselling process can cancel their admissions on or before January 29, 2025, by 3 PM.  

Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Courses (ACPPGMEC) has announced the seat resignation dates for round 1 and round 2 allotted candidates. As per the committee, the students who have received a seat during rounds 1 and 2 PG medical admissions can cancel their admissions on or before January 29, 2025 (up to 3 PM).  

However, only students who have paid the tuition fees and submitted their original documents will be eligible for the seat resignation process. Interested and eligible candidates have to cancel their admission at the help centre where the original documents for admission were submitted. Students who are willing to cancel their admissions shall do the needful at the earliest possible to avoid last-minute discrepancies. 

Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2024: Process for Admission Cancellation

Following are the guidelines for students willing for seat resignation: 

• Students who have confirmed their admission and now wish to vacate their allotted seats have to report to the help centre in person. 
• In case any student cannot visit the allotted centre for a reason, the representative of the student must bring the authority letter signed by the candidate. 
• Students have to submit their application to cancel the admission, original admission order of ACPPGMEC, fee receipt, copy of allotment letter, copy of ID proof and authority letter. The fee paid by the candidate will be adjusted if the candidate takes admission in round 3 counselling process.
