Haryana NEET PG 2024 Counselling Stray Vacancy Round Dates Out
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Haryana has announced the dates for the Haryana NEET PG 2024 counselling Stray Vacancy round. The registration and choice filling process started on February 19, 2025, and the last date of submission of filled up form and lock choices is February 21, 2025, 5 PM.
Candidates who have registered themselves for the first three rounds and wish to participate in the Stray Round, need not register again. Candidates who have been allotted seats to them in Round 3 of Haryana NEET PG 2024 counselling will not be eligible to participate in this round.

If a candidate is allotted a seat as per their preference in the Stray round of Haryana NEET PG 2024 counselling but does not join, the security amount will be forfeited and he/she will not be able to participate in the further rounds, if any.
Candidates have to pay INR 25,000 (INR 12,500 for reserved category and Haryana domicile candidates) for State Quota seats in Government, Government Aided and Private Medical colleges. For Management Quota seats, candidates have to pay INR 2 lakh.
This is likely to be the last round of Haryana NEET PG 2024 counselling. Further rounds will be announced in case seats remain vacant.
Candidates can vie for 270 government seats and 53 private MBBS seats via Haryana NEET PG/MDS admissions. The number of seats mentioned here is based on last year's seat matrix. It will be updated in case there is a change in the number of seats.
All postgraduate medical courses, including super-speciality courses are offered through the Haryana NEET PG counselling. The list of courses are given below:
- Master of Surgery (MS)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Master of Dental Surgery
- Diplomate in National Board (DNB)
- Diploma in Medicine

Haryana NEET PG/MDS counselling is being conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Haryana. The counselling process for Haryana NEET PG programmes is conducted in online mode. Any candidate who has qualified for NEET PG or NEET MDS exam, and fulfill other eligibility criteria stated by DMER Haryana, will be eligible to participate in the Haryana NEET PG counselling.
