INI CET 2025 is unlikely to be postponed: Shiksha Poll

AIIMS will not postpone INI CET 2025 July exam, it seems. A poll conducted by Shiksha, majority of students said exam will not be postponed as admit card has already been released. No official notification has been released regarding INI CET postponement. The exam is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2025.

Will AIIMS Postpone INI CET 2025 Exam?

INI CET 2025 July session will not be postponed as per the poll conducted by Shiksha. Students have been demanding to postpone the exam in the wake of recent safety and security restrictions imposed due to Indo-Pak war. Many medical associations have written to Union Health Minister, urging him to postpone the exam.

Students will face issue in travelling due to reasons like many trains rerouted or cancelled and flight diversion. Border areas in some states have observed complete blackout recently which affected INI CET preparation as well. However, there is no official notification from AIIMS regarding INI CET 2025 postponement. INI CET 2025 July session exam is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2025 in computer-based mode. AIIMS has already uploaded INI CET 2025 admit card on May 10, 2025.

INI CET 2025 Exam Postponement: Shiksha Poll Result

In a poll ran by Shiksha recently, majority students voted choosing no option for INI CET 2025 July postponement. Students were asked “will INI CET 2025 exam postponement?”. In poll, 59 percent students chose no option, stating there is least chance of exam postponement as admit card has already been released. 30 percent students chose yes option, indicating the exam may be postponed due to security alert. Third option “yes, many exams postponed recently” got least vote of 11 percent.

On social media platform X (previously twitter), students have been requesting AIIMS to postpone the exam. A recent report says, doctors have even urged Prime Minister to intervene in the matter.
