Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2024: Document Verification Deadline Extended; Know Document Submission Last Date
Karnataka NEET PG 2024 document submission and verification deadline has been extended following the request of candidates to extend the deadline for newly registered candidates for the mop-up counselling round for PG medical admission in Karnataka.
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has extended the document submission and verification deadline for freshly enrolled students in Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2024. Students who have missed the earlier deadline of Karnataka NEET PG document submission can now submit their documents and get them verified on or before January 21, 2025. The students have to visit the KEA Bangalore to complete the verification and deposition of original documents.
Students be mindful that only students with completed verification will be eligible for the seat allotment process. The authorities have extended the Karnataka NEET PG 2024 document submission and verification guidelines owing to requests for extension by freshly enrolled students.
Further, students who are holding the verification slip and have yet to submit the original documents can also deposit the original documents in order to be eligible for the mop-up round seat allotment.
Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2024: Document Submission Guidelines
Students have to bring their original documents including two sets of photocopies and all the necessary documents. The important documents include Karnataka NEET PG 2024 application form, NEET PG 2024 scorecard, identity card and any other document required as per their specified category. Candidates have to ensure they carry all the documents in original in order to be eligible for the mop-up counselling round. As per the eligiblity criteria mentioned by the conducting body, the candidate must be 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025. He/she should have qualified 10+2 exam with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as the main. The candidate should have appeared for the NEET PG exam as well. Yes. It will be mandatory to fill KEA counselling application form for participating in Karnataka NEET PG Counselling. The application fee for Karnataka NEET PG Counselling for the previous year was INR 1,000/- for General/OBC candidates and INR 500 for SC/ST candidates. Candidates belonging to the NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign Nationals category were required to pay INR 5,000/-. KEA NEET PG 2025 counselling fee can be paid online using Debit/ Credit/ Net banking. Candidates who fail to make the fee payment will not be allowed to participate in the KEA NEET PG counselling process. The official website to make fee payment is cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

No, the KEA application form will only be available online. Applications sent by post or any other mode will not be accepted. To participate in the counselling of KEA NEET PG 2025, a candidate must possess a domicile certificate of Karnataka state. For a domicile certificate to be valid, it needs to be signed by any of the higher authorities mentioned in the guidelines issued by the KEA.
