Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2024: Seat Matrix Out; Mop-up Round Registration Ends on Jan 18
Karnataka NEET PG 2024 mop-up round counselling registration link is activated at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in till January 18, 2025. Meanwhile, the authorities have released the provisional seat matrix including vacant PG medical seats for the mop-up counselling round.
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will conclude the mop-up round Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling registration after the reduced cutoff on January 18, 2025. Students who are willing to get admission in PG medical courses are suggested not to wait for the counselling registration last date and fill the application form at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies.
However, only students who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) scores and scored over and above the qualifying cutoff are eligible to appear for the counselling process. Students can fill the counselling application forms in online mode at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Meanwhile, the authorities have released the mop-up round provisional seat matrix on the official website. Students will be able to check the course and category-wise list of available seats with the help of the seat matrix pdf. Students will have to pay the Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling registration fee, while filling the application form, between January 16 to 18 in order to participate in the mop-up counselling round. Meanwhile, the candidates also have to report to the KEA office in Bangalore for completion of the document verification process.

As per the eligiblity criteria mentioned by the conducting body, the candidate must be 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025. He/she should have qualified 10+2 exam with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as the main. The candidate should have appeared for the NEET PG exam as well. The Karnataka NEET PG counselling began on October 4, 2025, at the official website of KEA NEET PG. The last date to fill the KEA NEET PG counselling application form for Round-1 counselling is October 15, 2025. The Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025 will be conducted in two rounds, both of which will be conducted online. The third round will be led only if seats are left vacant after the second round.

To participate in the counselling of KEA NEET PG 2025, a candidate must possess a domicile certificate of Karnataka state. For a domicile certificate to be valid, it needs to be signed by any of the higher authorities mentioned in the guidelines issued by the KEA.
