Most likely, KEA will conduct the Karnataka NEET PG mop-up round. If there would be any changes like the previous year, such as lowering of the percentile if the NEET PG cutoff is lowered by the Ministry of Health, it will be intimated to the participants. Candidates will be allowed to participate in fresh registrations for the mop-up round as per the schedule.
Karnataka NEET PG is a gateway to top medical colleges in the state of Karnataka. Candidates applying through KEA NEET PG will get a chance to participate in two rounds of counselling with an additional mop-up round, if the seats remain vacant. In certain cases, in case the seats remain vacant even after the mop-up round, then a special stray vacancy round (4th round) is also organised. However, the seat matrix after each round of counselling will be shared to maintain transpirancy in the admission process.
