MP NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling registration link will remain active till December 17. The revised merit list for second round will be published on December 18, followed by choice filling and locking between December 20 to 22, 2025.
Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education have announced the MP NEET PG 2025 round 2 registration dates. As per the official notice, the MP NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling registration will be ongoing between December 15 to 17, 2025. The fresh willing candidates can fill the counselling form before December 17. However, students are suggested not to wait for MP NEET PG 2025 counselling registration last date and submit the form at the earliest.

How to Fill MP NEET PG 2025 Counselling Registration Form?
The following steps will help students to fill and submit the application form for MD/ MS admission in Madhya Pradesh:
- Visit dme.mponline.gov.in
- Click on 'Create a Profile' option displayed on the screen
- Next, enter the NEET PG roll number and secret key.
- Enter contact details and bank account details, followed by clicking on 'Proceed'
- Enter the OTP received on the mobile number and create a new password
- Login using allotted credentials and upload documents
- Make payment of the counselling registration fees
- Check the details carefully and submit the MP NEET PG 2025 application form.

Yes. Registration and submission of NEET PG application is mandatory to participate in MP NEET PG counselling. Candidates will have to register on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. Candidates must note only those who qualify NEET PG exam can participate in the state counselling for seat allotment.
