MP NEET PG 2025 counselling seat allotment result for the Round-3 has been declared by the conducting body, DME, MP, on February 16, 2026. Candidates who participated in the option filling can check their result which are available in PDF format, at the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in. After the allotment result declaration, candidates can participate in institute reporting from February 17, 2026, onwards. 3. You will be redirected to another page.
4. Find out the Box which carries all notifications pertaining to the allotment list
5. Click on the latest notification that mentions “MOP UP Round Allotment List (Provisional) - MP State NEET MD/MS Counselling 2025-26 (Date:- 16.02.2026)”
6. Once you click on this link, a PDF file will appear on your screen detailing various particulars.
7. Search for your name or roll number to find which seat has been allocated in this round
