NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Round 1, 2 Seat Resignation Deadline Re-extended Till Jan 8
NEET PG 2024 seat resignation deadline has been re-extended till January 8 for students willing to vacate their round 1 or round 2 seats. Meanwhile, the NEET PG 2024 round 3 seat allotment result will be announced tomorrow i.e. January 4, 2025.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has re-extended the last date to vacate round 1 or round 2 seat deadline through an official notification. The NEET PG 2024 resignation last date has been extended till January 8, 2025 (up to 6 PM). Students who are willing to vacate their allotted seats shall complete the resignation process before the deadline to ensure the necessities are done at the earliest.
The NEET PG 2024 seat resignation link is activated at mcc.nic.in. Students have to enter their login credentials i.e. roll number and password to access the resignation window.
Guidelines for NEET PG 2024 Seat Resignation
The following guidelines shall be adhered to by the students:
- To vacate their seats, students will need to visit the assigned college.
- Candidates who obtained a better seat after upgradation in the second phase of the process may also resign their assigned seat.
- If a candidate who obtained a seat in the second round decides to vacate the seat, they can do so but their security deposit will be forfeited.
- Candidates need to make sure the designated college generates the letter of resignation digitally.
NEET PG Counselling 2024: Round 3 Seat Allotment on Jan 4
MCC will announce the NEET PG seat allotment result 2024 for round 3 MD/ MS admission on January 4, 2025. The seat allotment result will be announced in the form of a PDF including the names and details of provisionally selected candidates as per their preference list.
