MCC has allowed resignation of round-1 and round-2 NEET PG 2025 counselling seats online. Students can resign these allotted seats till January 15, 2026. NEET PG 2025 Counselling: At a time when students are waiting for round-3 counselling dates, MCC has released notification, allowing students to resign NEET PG 2025 counselling round-1 and round-2 allotted seats. As per latest notification, students can resign such seats with security deposit forfeiture. MCC has opened resignation facility from January 12, 5 pm. Once these seats will be vacated, MCC will add them for round-3 seat matrix for NEET PG 2025 seat allotment. Students had requested MCC to make available such facility with security deposit forfeiture.

“In larger interest of candidates, the competent authority has decided to provide facility of resignation to such candidates from with forfeiture of security deposit,” the official release said. It must be noted for resignation, students will have to report physically to allotted colleges. In addition, resignation letter has to be generated by respective allotted college online only.

NEET PG 2025 Counselling Dates Soon

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will soon release NEET PG 2025 counselling dates and schedule for seat allocation. Before dates, MCC is expected to release seat matrix and revised cutoff. Earlier MCC had said cutoff percentile for NEET POG 2025 will be revised to make more students eligible for seat allocation. Registration for NEET PG 2025 counselling round-3 is expected to begin in third week of January 2026.

Yes. MCC announced round-3 NEET PG 2025 counselling dates and schedule on January 15, 2026. Revised schedule was announced after reduction of NEET PG 2025 cutoff percentile. Registration for round-3 can be done from January 15 till January 26, 2026. Students will have to register and declare choice of college and course for round-3 seat allotment.
