NEET PG Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the NEET PG 2025 round 3 choice filling and locking last date till further notice. While the initial schedule required students to complete the choice filling process by January 26, 2026, the MCC official portal for NEET PG 2025 counselling has remained active, allowing candidates to submit and modify their preferences.

Along with extending the choice filling and locking last date, the NEET PG 2025 round 3 seat matrix will be revised. Candidates who have already registered for MCC NEET PG 2025 round 3 counselling process can now reorder their choices.

"The competent authority has decided to extend the All India PG Counselling till further information in the larger interest of candidates." The official notification reads.

Will NEET PG 2025 Round 3 Seat Allotment Date Be Revised?

The seat allotment results for Round 3 are tentatively expected to be announced on January 29, 2026. However, MCC has revised the NEET PG 2025 round 3 choice filling last date till further notice. This means that the NEET PG 2025 round 3 seat allotment date may be revised, and it may not be released on the scheduled date.

NEET PG 2025 Counselling Latest News 

In a related event, the Supreme Court of India has permitted NEET PG 2025 counselling for 49 PG medical seats in Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (HIMSR). The Bench comprising Justice B. V. Nagarathna and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan has passed this judgment to ensure no PG medical seat remains empty in the academic session 2025-26.
