NEET UG 2026 Cancelled: "Repeated Systemic Failure of NTA" Says Advocate Tanvi in FAIMA Vs NTA Case
Advocate Tanvi, appearing against NTA in Supreme Court NEET 2026 cancelled case, has argued that systemic failure in NEET UG 2026 is NTA's mismanagement and claimed directions issued in Vanshika Yadav case and Radha Krishna Committee recommendations were not followed. NTA has cancelled NEET 2026 exam amid paper leak allegations. The controversy around NEET UG 2026 has intensified after FAIMA filed a petition against NTA in Supreme Court. Advocate Tanvi, representing FAIMA has raised serious concerns regarding the conduct of examination and repeated systemic failures by the agency.
Speaking on the matter and about FAIMA Vs NTA case, the advocate stated that the primary issue before the Apex Court is alleged non-compliance of directions earlier issued by Supreme Court in Vanshika Yadav case.

She further highlighted that recommendations made by Radha Krishna Committee were also not implemented by NTA. The petition comes at a time when students across the country are shocked because of NEET UG 2026 exam cancelled. Over 22 Lakh medical aspirants are searching for reasons of NEET paper cancel and NEET 2026 reexam date.
We are mainly focused on direction of the Supreme Court in Vanshika Yadav not complied with which were given to NTA. Secondly, the recommendations of Radha Krishna Commitee also not been complied with. We are primarily focused on repetitive systemic failure which raises big concerns on the conduct of NTA, says Advocate Tanvi.

No, the NEET OMR sheet 2026 has not been released yet on the official website. Candidates can access their OMR response sheets by using the login link once released.
In case candidates are not allotted any seat in the second round of the NEET UG counselling, the earlier allotted seat in Round 1 will be retained. However, on up-gradation of a seat in the second round, the earlier allotted seat in Round 1 will automatically be cancelled and allotted to another candidate.
