NEET Re-Exam 2026 City Choice Filling Started: The National Testing Agency has released the dates for changing the Address in the NEET 2026 application form. The facility for changing the address of the candidates has been started. The last date to make such changes in the application form is May 21.  

The candidates should note that no other particulars in the NEET 2026 applications will be allowed to be changed. The candidates will be allowed to select two exam cities for the NEET Re Exam 2026. The candidates will be required to mark their first and second preferred examination cities. 

The candidates who will not exercise this facility, the last filled address will be deemed as final. No request for any change will be entertained after May 21. 

The NTA will release the City Intimation on its official portal by June 5. The candidates should note that the Education Ministry stated in the press conference that the NEET Re Exam Admit Card 2026 will be released by June 14.

The candidates will be required to download their NEET Re Exam Admit card after logging in with their application number and password.
