NEET UG Application form 2026

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin NEET UG 2026 registration soon. Students who are willing to get admission to MBBS, BDS programmes in the academic session 2026-27 must appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate and qualify the same. Those students who will score over and above the NEET UG 2026 cutoff will have to appear for the counselling process and select their desired college for admissions. 

NEET UG 2026 Notification by February 7

Students must note that NTA is expected to release NEET UG 2026 notification by February 7, 2026. Students must note that every year, NTA releases NEET notification during the first week of February. The agency is expected to announce the NEET UG 2026 exam date soon. Further, the NEET UG 2026 registration process and information brochure is expected to be available during the first week of February. The NEET UG 2026 application form will be made available on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

Documents Required for NEET 2026 Registration

Before the NEET UG 2026 registration begins, students are required to keep the following documents ready for registration: 

Class 10 Passing Certificate

Postcard-size Photograph (4"x6")

Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS - if applicable)

Candidate's Signature (Running hand, black ink)

PwBD Certificate (if applicable)

Left & Right Hand Fingers and Thumb Impressions

Citizenship/Embassy Certificate (for NRI/OCI/PIO)

Address Proof (Present and Permanent)
