RPVT 2020 exam postponed, now scheduled for September 20
RPVT 2020 joins the list of the examinations that have been postponed this year. RAJUVAS has rescheduled the examination for September 20.
The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS) has postponed its pre-veterinary entrance test, originally scheduled for August 9, owing to the COVID-19 situation in India. According to the latest notification released by the University, RPVT 2020 will now be conducted on September 20.
Registrations for RPVT 2020 closed on June 26. Candidates who have registered online and have submitted the applications will be issued the RPVT 2020 admit card in the first week of September. The admit card of RPVT 2020 will be released approximately 15 days before the examination. Aspirants of RPVT 2020 must note that the admit card has to be downloaded online and shall not be set by post to any candidate.

RPVT 2020: What will change this year?
RPVT 2020 will be conducted offline across the test centres in Rajasthan. However, the University may come-up with new exam day guidelines owing to the COVID-19 situation. A few changes that are expected this year are:
- Staggered entry to the exam hall
- Frequent hand-sanitisation
- No frisking at the entry gates
- All test-takers will have to wear masks at all times
- Candidates who are unwell may be seated separately
- No water dispensers, candidates may have to carry their own bottles
- Seating shall be such that each candidate sits six feet apart from others
