The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Tripura is inviting applications for state quota reserved MBBS and BDS seats across the state. Students who have qualified the NEET UG 2025 exam and are seeking admission to UG medical/ dental courses in Tripura can appear for the Tripura NEET UG counselling 2025. The authorities have started the Tripura NEET counselling 2025 round 2 registration process in online mode. Along with the application form filling, students have to pay the registration fees and security deposit till 10 AM on September 14, 2025. Further, the authorities will allow eligible candidates to complete the Tripura NEET UG round 2 choice filling and locking 2025 between September 14 to 16, 2025. Students who will complete the choice filling and locking before the deadline will be able to check their seat allotment results on September 19, 2025.
For Tripura NEET counselling document verification, candidates will have to visit the allotted institutes for document verification and admission fee payment. This will confirm the admission process. DME Tripura will specify the venue for the document verification or institute reporting process after the seat allotment result is declared for each round. They will either have to report to the allotted institutes, or have to visit the venue mentioned by the counselling authority for Tripura NEET counselling.
Yes, it is mandatory to carry the original documents at the institute reporting process of the Tripura NEET UG counselling process. Although candidates can carry the photocopies as a backup, but during document verification, or the institute reporting process, they will have to present the original documents.
