The UP NEET PG 2026 mop-up round result is expected to be released on the official website, upneet.gov.in. Candidates who registered for the counselling and have participated in the choice filling till February 13, 2026, will be able to download their allotment result today. The UP NEET PG round-3 allotment result will provide details related to the college being allocated and the roll number of the applicant. The Institute reporting will begin after the release of the result and will continue till February 19, 2026. Candidates will have to provide details such as roll number, select course, email Id, captcha etc. to download counselling result. It is important to carry original documents for verification during the institute reporting process.

- NEET PG 2025 admit card
- NEET PG 2025 scorecard
- Copy of duly filled application form of UP NEET 2025 counselling
- Class X certificate (as proof of DOB)
- MBBS Marksheets of all semesters
- MBBS degree certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Permanent/provisional Registration Certificate, issued by MCI/SMC
- Disability Certificate (if required)
- Caste/Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Allotment letter Copy of the State Merit List, reflecting the position of the candidate in this list
UP NEET PG Counselling 2026 – What’s Next
After round 3 concludes, candidates will be able to participate in the UP NEET PG stray vacancy round. Only those candidates will be eligible to participate who have not been assigned any seat in the mop-up round. In case the candidate has been allocated the seat and he/she is not willing to take admission on the same, such candidates will not be allowed to go ahead with the next round of counselling.
