1. The applicant must be a citizen of India and must belong to the domicile of West Bengal
2. The applicant must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali or Nepali fluently.
3. Candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 40% in the aggregate from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other recognised Council/Board.
4. The candidate must be at least 17 years old and not more than 27 years of age
