The CSIR NET exam will be conducted in five subjects namely Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Physical Sciences. The questions will be asked in the form of MCQs. The CSIR NET question paper is divided into three parts for each subject: Part A, Part B and Part C. Part A is General Aptitude which is common for all. Where as Part B and C consists of questions from the candidates' respective subjects. - Candidates should try to solve full length mock test for CSIR NET exam.
- Revise all major topics and concepts.
- Solve previous year question papers related to the topics revised.
- If possible revise important chapters that is high weightage topics.
- Revise formulas and short notes (if created).
- Do not start new topics or the topics in which you are not familiar.Â
- Dedicate one or two hours daily to CSIR NET Part A section as it is General Aptitude and practice is important.
- Review mistakes from your previous Mock test and prepare it, etc.
