The CTET OMR sheet 2026 will be released by the CBSE after the declaration of results. Candidates who want to get their CTET calculation sheet along with the OMR sheet need to apply by paying a fee of INR 500.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the provisional answer key after the CTET 21st edition exam 2026. It was conducted on February 7 & 8. The answer key is expected to be released in 15 days after the CTET exam.

The CBSE released the CTET admit card 2026 for the February session at ctet.nic.in. It was released on February 5.

The CBSE will start the Paper 2 exam at 9:30 am in the morning on February 8. This is the Day 2 of the exam. Stay tuned for the exam analysis!

CBSE has issued instructions for all candidates

• Electronic items such as mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, or any communication gadgets are prohibited.
• Candidates are not allowed to carry books, notes, written material or any unfair means.
• They must follow all instructions given by invigilators during the exam.
• Violation of rules may lead to cancellation of candidature.

Candidates with benchmark disabilities who have submitted valid certificates during registration are being provided facilities such as extra time, scribes, and ground-floor seating, as per CBSE.

Candidates must carry these items to CTET exam centre

• Printed copy of CTET Admit Card 2026
• A valid photo ID, such as Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, PAN card, or driving licence
• A passport-size photograph, if required as per admit card instructions

On Day 2, exam is being conducted in two shifts:

Paper II (Classes 6 to 8): Morning Shift

• Reporting Time: 7:30 am
• Entry Gate Closes: 9:30 am
• Exam Time: 9:30 am to 12:00 noon

Paper I (Classes 1 to 5): Afternoon Shift

• Reporting Time: 12:30 pm
• Entry Gate Closes: 2:30 pm
• Exam Time: 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm

Candidates reaching exam centre after the gate closing time will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances.

The CBSE will start Shift 1 on Feb 8 (Today) at 9:30 am. After the conclusion of Shift 1 we will provide the exam analysis based on the student reactions.

As per the feedback received from the students, Shift 2 exam was concept based, focused on teaching understandings. In CDP theories were asked instead of definitions. Questions from Piaget, Vygotsky, Gardner and Kohlberg were asked. Gender socialism was also asked. Hindi section was focused on language acquisition and classroom application

The CBSE is expected to release the CTET 2026 Provisional Answer Key within 15 days after the exam concludes. 

As per the student reactions, the CTET 2026 Feb 7 Paper 1 was Easy to Moderate. Some felt a bit lengthy. CDP was more analytical. 

The next date of the CTET 2026 exam is February 8. The exam will be conducted in two shifts per day. Central Board of Secondary Education has released detailed guidelines for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) who wish to avail facility of scribe during CTET Feb 2026 exam. Candidates claiming PwBD status under Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 must submit a valid disability certificate in specified format along with a UDID card issued by a competent authority.

• The examination rooms will be opened at 7:30 am for shift 1 and at 12.30 pm for shift 2, that is, two hours before the exam. This is the shift-wise reporting time for the exam.

• Candidates should take their seats immediately after the opening of rooms.

• A seat indicating roll number will be allotted to each candidate. Candidates should look for their roll numbers and occupy their allocated seats only.

• Candidates who come after the commencement of the exam will now be allowed to sit in the exam.

• No candidate, without the special permission of the invigilator, will be allowed to leave his or her seat until the paper is over.

• Smoking, chewing gutka, spiting, having tea/ coffee/ cold drinks or snacks are not allowed inside the examination rooms.
