IES 2023 Additional Result Released
IES Result 2023: The Union Public Service Commission has declared the additional IES result 2023 today. The Commission, in accordance with Rule 13(iv) and Rule 13(v) of the Engineering Services Examination Rules, 2023, has maintained a consolidated reserve list in order of merit, ranked below the last recommended candidate.
In response to the requisition from the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, 81 candidates (including 58 Unreserved, 17 Other Backward Classes, and 6 Economically Weaker Sections) have been recommended to fill the remaining vacancies based on the IES 2023 exam.
The Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications will directly communicate with the recommended candidates. The IES additional result list released includes the roll number and names of all the qualified candidates. Earlier, UPSC IES result 2023 was announced on November 22.

Step 2: On the homepage, go to What's New section
Step 3: Now click on Reserve List: Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2023
Step 4: On the new page click on the document link
Step 5: A pdf file with IES reserve list will appear on the screen

The Union Public Service Commission conducted the IES 2024 prelims exam on February 18, 2024. In the normal circumstances, the IES prelims result is releasd within a fortnight of the exam. The Commission was expected to release the IES 2024 result in the first week of March but the result was not released.
It is expected that the UPSC will be required to take approval of the Election Commission before the release of the IES result 2024. This is causing the delay in the IES 2024 result.
The Union Public Service Commission will release the UPSC ESE (IES) 2026 Prelims exam result on the official website. The Commission will conduct the IES 2026 prelims exam on February 8, 2026.
The Commission will release the UPSC IES cutoff 2026 online after the release of final result.

The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the IES 2025 prelims exam on June 8, 2025 at the designated exam centres. The IES prelims result will be released in July 2025 at upsc.gov.in. The Commission will release the IES result pdf online only. One copy of the result will be posted on the Commission Notice Board at Dholpur House.
