RRB NTPC 2025 Last Date to Apply Today
Railway Recruitment Boards will close RRB NTPC graduate and undergraduate application window today, November 27, 2025. Candidates can apply online for RRB NTPC 2025 till 11.59 PM today. Those who are yet to complete RRB NTPC apply online must visit official website rrbapply.gov.in. However, last date for payment of fees is November 29, 2025. Those belong to general category have to pay INR 500, whereas those belonging to PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class have to pay INR 250.
How to fill RRB NTPC 2025 Application Form?
Candidates can go through these steps to know how to apply online for RRB NTPC
- Go to official website rrbapply.gov.in
- On homepage, click on link RRB NTPC CEN 06/2025 or CEN 07/2025 or Apply Online
- Complete registration
- Now, login with registration ID and password or Aadhar
- Fill RRB NTPC application form, upload images and pay fee
- Submit form and also take printout of it for future references

Will RRB NTPC 2025 Application Deadline be Extended?
Going as per past updates, it is likely that RRB NTPC UG application date can be extended. As last date to apply for RRB NTPC graduate posts has already been extended from November 20 to 27. However, with last date for payment of fee being November 29, it can be expected that officials might release any update after that.
Candidates who appear in the first stage CBT are eligible for the refund of examination fee as per details. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. Candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the account should provide the details of the beneficiary account in which they wish to receive the refund such as beneficiary name, account number, name of bank and IFSC Code in the application form.
RRBs provide candidates with the facility to modify RRB NTPC application form. Candidates can modify the details entered in the application form online by paying the required modification fees. The process how candidates can modify the details entered in the application form are given below:
- Login using Registration Number and Password
- Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment. Ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed
- Click on the Modify Application‘ Button
- Proceed with the changes intended as per instructions given and submit the application. Preserve the print out of the latest application for record

The application fee of RRB NTPC can be paid online only. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class.
