RRB NTPC Application 2025 Last Date Tomorrow
Railway Recruitment Boards will be closing RRB NTPC graduate and undergraduate level application window tomorrow, November 27, 2025. However, candidates can pay RRB NTPC 2025 application fees till November 29. They can complete their RRB NTPC online form by visiting regional websites of railways. Also, RRB NTPC correction facility will be available from November 30 to December 9, 2025.
Earlier, RRB NTPC CEN 06/2025 application form date was extended till November 27, 11:59 PM. Therefore, it is unlikely that it will be extended again this time. However, there are chances that RRB NTPC UG CEN No. 07/2025 application date can be extended. As of now, there has been no official update regarding extension.

How to fill RRB NTPC Application 2025 for Graduate & UG Level Posts?
Candidates can check these steps to know how to apply online for RRB NTPC 2025
- Go to official website of RRBs
- On homepage, click on link RRB NTPC CEN 06/2025 or CEN 07/2025 or Apply Online
- Complete registration by entering details
- Now, login with registration ID and password
- Fill up RRB NTPC application form, upload images and pay fee
- Submit form and also take printout of it for future references
Candidates who appear in the first stage CBT are eligible for the refund of examination fee as per details. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. Candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the account should provide the details of the beneficiary account in which they wish to receive the refund such as beneficiary name, account number, name of bank and IFSC Code in the application form.
RRBs provide candidates with the facility to modify RRB NTPC application form. Candidates can modify the details entered in the application form online by paying the required modification fees. The process how candidates can modify the details entered in the application form are given below:
- Login using Registration Number and Password
- Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment. Ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed
- Click on the Modify Application‘ Button
- Proceed with the changes intended as per instructions given and submit the application. Preserve the print out of the latest application for record

The application fee of RRB NTPC can be paid online only. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. The application fees is refunded to candidates once candidates appear in the CBT.
