Staff Selection Commission has revised the SSC exam answer key objection fee from INR 100 to INR 50. The Commission is in the process of developing the objection fee refund mechanism for the challenges accepted by the experts. The SSC Stenographer answer key 2025 has been released.

The Staff Selection Commission has revised the answer key objection fee to INR 50. Till now, candidates needed to pay INR 100 per SSC answer key objection. The Commission is currently reviewing the fee mechanism for submitting challenges against the tentative answer key or question paper. An SSC answer key objection fee refund mechanism is being put in place, wherein the fees submitted by candidates will be refunded if their challenges have been accepted. Till the development of the fee refund mechanism, candidates need to pay INR 50 per objection against the official SSC answer key 2025.

The Commission released the SSC Steno answer key on August 22, 2025. Candidates can submit objections against the same by paying INR 50 per challenge.

Steps to Submit Objections against SSC Answer Key

Here are the steps to submit the SSC answer key objections:

  1. Visit the official website – ssc.gov.in.
  2. Login to your registered accounts using Registration number and password
  3. Click on the answer key challenge link below the exam name.
  4. Go through your SSC exam response sheet.
  5. Click on the grievance about question link.
  6. Enter the question number against which you need to raise objection.
  7. Click on proceed for payment.
  8. Pay INR 50 per question in online mode
  9. Submit the challenge.
