SSC CPO 2024 Revised Result Released

Staff Selection Commission has released revised result for SSC CPO Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs exam 2024 after receiving high number of representations, following original result announcement on October 20, 2025. As per old SSC CPO result 5,296 candidates of which 455 female and 4,841 male were recommended. However, in view of high number of objections, Commission after consulting nodal force, Border Security Force (BSF) conducted detailed review of DV/DME/RME data that revealed inconsistencies in provided by BSF. 

Now, errors and discrepancies have been corrected and based on it SSC CPO revised result has been announced. To ensure that no genuinely recommended candidate from original list is affected, SSC has recommended additional candidates beyond originally reported vacancies.  The category-wise and post-wise cut-off marks of last selected candidates from have also been retained, with only minor adjustments made where necessary to accommodate candidates’ preferences.

Major Changes in SSC CPO 2024 Revised Result

Based on review, SSC has made these revisions

  • 76 candidates who were not allocated posts earlier have now been included in revised allocation
  • 12 candidates who were previously allocated posts have been removed due to not meeting eligibility requirements of the examination notice 
  • 178 candidates have seen changes in their earlier allocation or status. List 3, containing 177 candidates excluding one withheld case
  • There is no change in allocation of 5,105 candidates, whose results remain unaffected.

After completion of all recruitment stages and allocation based on merit-cum-preference, candidates have been finally placed in these posts

  • Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police
  • Sub-Inspector in Border Security Force (BSF)
  • Sub-Inspector in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
  • Sub-Inspector in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
  • Sub-Inspector in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF)
  • Sub-Inspector in Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
