The Commission notified 23.467 vacancies for the male candidates and 25,487 vacancies for the female candidates. The last date to apply online is December 31, 2025.

SSC GD Constable 2026 Recruitment Started: Staff Selection Commission has released SSC GD Constable notification and application form 2026 at ssc.gov.in. The Commission notified 23.467 vacancies for the male candidates and 25,487 vacancies for the female candidates in the exam. Candidates can fill up SSC GD Constable 2026 application form and download notification at : ssc.gov.in only. The last date to apply online is December 30, 2025 till 11.00 PM. The candidates will be allowed to pay the application fee till January 1 till 11.00 PM.

SSC GD application form can be filled in two parts: registration and filling up of online form. They also need to pay the SSC GD Constable application fee of INR 100. However, women, SC, and ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from the fee payment. Also, SSC GD notification PDF includes details on number of vacancies, eligibility, syllabus and exam pattern.

How to fill SSC GD 2026 Application Form Online?

SSC GD application form can be filled in two parts: registration and filling out online form. They can check steps given to know how to complete SSC GD Constable application form:

• Go to ssc.gov.in
• Click on apply tab and then select SSC GD option, on homepage
• Go through instructions and complete SSC GD Constable registration process
• Enter all information like name, father’s name, gender, mobile number, email ID, etc
• SSC GD registration ID and password will be sent to candidate's registered email ID and mobile number
• Upload scanned documents and pay SSC GD application fee
• Submit form, save and get a printout of it
