SSC GD Result 2026: Staff Selection Commission is expected to announce SSC GD Constable Result 2026 shortly for candidates who appeared in Computer-Based Examination (CBE). As of September 18, 2026, Commission has not announced exact date and time for releasing SSC GD Constable result. Recent updates indicate that result is likely to be released in September.
SSC GD CBE 2026 was conducted from April 27 to May 31, 2026. The Commission released tentative answer key and candidates' response sheets on June 15 and allowed candidates to raise objections from June 15 to 20. The challenges are considered while finalising answer key, which will be used for processing SSC GD result 2026 for CBE.
SSC GD Result 2026: How will candidates be shortlisted?
SSC GD selection process will move to physical stages after declaration of CBE result. Candidates who meet cutoff marks in written exam will be shortlisted for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).
SSC GD result 2026 is important because it will determine which candidates can proceed to next stage of recruitment. SSC GD result PDF is expected to contain roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for PET/PST. Separate lists may be issued for male and female candidates.

Candidates shortlisted through CBE will have to appear for PET/PST conducted by concerned CAPFs. Those who qualify the physical stages will subsequently proceed to medical examination and document verification before the final selection process.
SSC GD 2026 Cutoff
SSC is also expected to release category-wise cutoff marks along with GD Constable result. The cutoff can vary according to factors such as candidate category, gender, state/UT and vacancies. Commission's recruitment notice also specifies minimum qualifying percentages for CBE. Candidates belonging to General category have to obtain at least 30%, while minimum qualifying percentage is 25% for OBC/EWS candidates and 20% for SC/ST/PwD.
